For this Breton family home, our mission covered the entire process, from initial design through to the submission of the planning application.

All interior spaces were completely reimagined to meet the needs of the new owners. A true entrance hall was created, incorporating functional storage. It now provides access to the master sleeping area, the living spaces, and creates a direct connection between the garage and the house.

The project is centered around the kitchen, which was originally separated from the main living areas. By optimizing the footprint of the staircase leading to the upper floor, the kitchen is now visually opened onto the living room through a glass partition. An opening in the load-bearing wall also connects it to the dining room, encouraging a more fluid and convivial layout.

A large custom-built bookshelf structures the space by integrating the load-bearing wall, creating a strong and harmonious focal point.

The living room also becomes a truly welcoming space, enhanced by the installation of a gas fireplace.

Upstairs, the layout has been entirely reorganized to accommodate an additional bathroom and to improve the comfort and functionality of the bedrooms.
