Located on the 5th and top floor of a building in the heart of Vanchiglia in Turin, this bright apartment is undergoing a complete redesign aimed at optimizing spatial organization and revealing its full potential.
The project is centered around relocating the kitchen into the living area, creating an open, fluid, and dual-aspect living space that extends onto a generous terrace, becoming a true extension of the home.
The new layout includes a master suite with a dressing area and private bathroom, as well as a study, an additional bedroom, and a second bathroom equipped with a bathtub. The spatial organization has been carefully designed to balance day and night areas while ensuring clarity and comfort in circulation.
The intervention embraces a contemporary reinterpretation of 1970s aesthetics: parquet flooring, geometric kitchen patterns, a palette of greens, terracotta and orange, and selective use of wallpaper contribute to a coherent and expressive atmosphere.
The project is currently under construction, with completion scheduled for June.
